Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive environment to strengthen connection and address recurring relational dynamics. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — a research-supported, attachment-based model — we help partners understand emotional cycles, improve communication, restore trust, and build deeper connection.
Attachment-Focused Therapy
Attachment-focused therapy explores how early experiences and relational patterns shape current emotional responses and relationships. With trauma-informed, attachment-based care, we help you increase emotional regulation, improve relational security, and develop healthier patterns of connection.
For Medical and Mental Health Providers:
We welcome referrals for patients experiencing anxiety, trauma-related patterns, or relational distress impacting emotional regulation or mood. Our therapy is structured, attachment-based, and trauma-informed, with coordinated care and clear communication when indicated.
